Selamat Hari Raya!
We have been taking Catering Orders through out this Syawal Month aka Raya Month. We are specialized in Lamb Smoke BBQ. Out method is very different from typical local supplier where we marinate the meat for 24 hours and smoke on the BBQ Grill for over 8 hours with #woodchips #steam and #herbs. We finish it by cooking it on the charcoal grill to perfection. We serve this #Lamb with our homemade MJ BBQ Sauce and Mint Chutney. Gotta try this!!
